Supply and extract units
We look after units with heat recovery and a full supply and extract path, keeping airflows, controls and heat exchangers in shape.
Ceiling-mounted units
We service units mounted under the ceiling, where quick access, clean filters and correct fan operation are what count.

We inspect and repair large sectional units for halls, production plants and public buildings.

Remote diagnosis while we talk
Describe the symptom, give us the make and model. During working hours we usually come back to you with a first diagnosis the same day.

On-site inspection
If we happen to be in your area, the inspection can come without a call-out charge. Otherwise travel is charged, but you are under no obligation to give us the job.

A quote after the inspection
Sometimes a firm figure straight away. More often a price range with a note on what could widen the scope. The price you see before any work starts.

Work delivered within the agreed scope
Nothing reaches the invoice without your approval. If we uncover extra work along the way, we stop and come back to you before adding anything.

6 April — First visit
The controller was throwing random faults. The diagnosis showed the main board had to be replaced.
8 April — First stage
The main board, controller and temperature sensors were replaced. Once fitted, the new board turned out to be incompatible with the older inverters because of the gap in hardware generations.
13 April — Second stage
Inverter replacement.
Unit ready 13 days ahead of the deadline
26 April — Client's deadline
Almost a two-week buffer before the ceremony and the inspection.
